Franchise Development Director

Seeking a competitive and results-driven sales professional to lead franchise expansion initiatives for a growing organization. This role is responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding new franchise partners while supporting existing franchisees with growth and transition planning. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead franchise development and expansion efforts, including recruiting, evaluating, and signing new franchisees to achieve company growth goals.
• Develop and execute franchise sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, candidate management, interviewing, and contract execution.
• Build relationships with prospective franchise investors while collaborating with marketing to strengthen brand awareness and market expansion initiatives.
• Track recruitment pipelines, sales metrics, and candidate progress, providing reporting and insights to executive leadership.
• Partner with executive leadership and existing franchisees on strategic growth, operational alignment, succession, and expansion planning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of new business development experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Franchise development experience or foodservice/hospitality experience preferred
• Self-driven with a proven track record of sales success
• Ability to travel as needed
