About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People Strategy and Enablement to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies that align with the organization's future workforce needs. This strategic leader will work closely with the Chief People Experience Officer to drive HR innovation, advance end-to-end talent strategies, and cultivate a culture of connection and belonging. Key responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, AI and future of work leadership, talent strategy ownership, and community and connection initiatives. The role also involves overseeing multiple HR functions, such as talent management, HRIS, business partners, and talent acquisition, and ensuring the organization's readiness for digital transformation and the ethical use of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of People Strategy and Enablement role at the company will have a strong background in AI and digital fluency, with the ability to integrate AI into HR processes and lead workforce AI upskilling. They should be adept at strategic and systems thinking, with a proven track record in leadership, influence, and people-centric design. The role requires a leader who is data-driven, with the ability to use analytics for decision-making, and has a strong background in change management and program management. The candidate should be a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have a deep understanding of the modern employee value proposition, including flexible and purposeful work.
