Schedule: PRN l Day shift | Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Variable weekends 7:30 am-4:30 pm

How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
• Design and implement personalized care plans that utilize the most effective therapeutic modalities to drive meaningful patient progress.
• Collaborate and educate families and caregivers on patient deficits and the use of adaptive equipment to ensure a safe and successful transition back home.
• Lead and oversee the clinical care provided by assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of rehabilitation practice and patient safety.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
