Description

• Conduct assessments for patients in diverse settingswhether inpatient or outpatientand develop tailored treatment regimens
• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions concentrating on mobility, strength, equilibrium, and overall functional improvement
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team of nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and home exercise routines
• Record evaluations, therapies, and patient progress meticulously, adhering to clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate actively in care teams and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure seamless coordinated care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is highly desirable
