Job Overview: We are looking for a worker to spend abouttwo hours per weekday to help our customers by answering their non-medical questions. Success means helpingourcustomers while protecting our company. You would have a huge impact on your customers' lives, and you would havelots of potential for growth in responsibilities. Reports To: The Customer Service Agent - Medical / Scientificwill report to cofounder Kevin Tao Responsibilities and Duties: Helping Take Customer's Patient History and Pass it to Dr. Chang or other Medical Customer Service People Answering Customers'Non-Medical Questions on Email and in our Facebook Group Canceling orders Qualifications: - Kind personality, but firm - Ability to learn and grow Tools Needed: Computer, cell phone and internet connection Potential for Growth and Other Benefits: This job is as an independent contractor.
