Sports & Entertainment Real Estate Agent - Training & Mentorship Available
Have you ever wanted to work with professional athletes, entertainers, or high-profile clients in real estate?
We're looking for motivated individuals who want to develop a career in Sports & Entertainment real estate and learn how to work within the luxury property market.
You don't need connections in professional sports or entertainment to get started.
Our team provides specialized training, mentorship, and proven systems to help you understand this market and develop the relationships needed to find opportunities.
You'll learn how to identify potential clients, network within sports and entertainment communities, market luxury properties, and work with buyers and sellers on higher-value transactions.
You'll also develop the communication skills, professionalism, and discretion needed when working with high-profile clients.
We're looking for people who enjoy building relationships, communicate confidently, pay attention to detail, and are motivated to learn a specialized area of real estate.
No previous Sports & Entertainment real estate experience is necessary. Applicants should already have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+
This is a commission-based position, with earnings determined by individual production and results.
Remote opportunities available. No in-office attendance required. Training and mentorship provided.

Compensation:
$125,500 - $225,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment sectors.
- Leverage specialized training to identify and connect with potential clients in luxury real estate markets.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to showcase premium properties to targeted audiences.
- Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions with professionalism and discretion.
- Stay informed about market trends and insights to provide clients with expert guidance and advice.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously improve sales strategies and client engagement.
- Utilize technology and digital platforms to enhance client communication and streamline transaction processes.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or in the process.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value transactions with professionalism.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and technology to enhance client communication.
- Strong strategic marketing skills to showcase premium properties effectively.
- Excellent understanding of market trends and insights to provide expert guidance.
