Account Executive - Screening - Ohio Northeast
Guardant Health, Inc.
Guardant Health seeks a field-based Account Executive to promote SHIELD, a blood-based colorectal cancer screening test, to primary care providers. The role combines sales execution, provider relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of early cancer detection solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed regional sales targets through prospecting and relationship-building with healthcare providers
- Build adoption commitments for SHIELD test among primary care practices and stakeholders
- Provide product training and workflow integration support to healthcare provider organizations
- Identify expansion opportunities and establish phlebotomy draw agreements with regional laboratories
- Monitor competitive landscape and share market insights and customer feedback with leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years healthcare sales experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
- Or 2+ years healthcare sales plus clinical background as RN or PA
- Demonstrated success closing deals and exceeding sales targets
- CRM proficiency with Salesforce, Veeva, or comparable platforms
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to simplify complex information
- Diagnostic or blood-based testing product experience preferred
- Knowledge of primary care provider landscape and workflows
