Account Executive - Screening (Grand Junction)
Guardant Health, Inc.
Guardant Health seeks a field-based Account Executive to promote Shield, a colorectal cancer blood test, to primary care providers. The role combines sales target achievement with strategic market expansion and cross-functional collaboration to advance cancer screening adoption.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals through prospecting and relationship-building with healthcare providers
- Build provider adoption of Shield test through challenger selling and needs assessment
- Deliver product training and support to primary care practices and multiple stakeholders
- Develop business plans and execute launches aligned with brand strategy and market needs
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide market insights to inform sales tactics and strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years healthcare sales experience (diagnostics, medical device, or pharma) or 2 years healthcare sales plus clinical background as RN/PA
- Demonstrated sales expertise with ability to engage in selling conversations and overcome objections
- CRM proficiency with Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills for complex information
- Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Preferred: diagnostic or blood-based testing sales experience with primary care providers
