Account Executive - Screening

Guardant Health, Inc.

Guardant Health seeks a field-based Account Executive to promote liquid biopsy cancer screening products to primary care providers. The role involves prospecting, account management, securing lab agreements, and executing go-to-market strategy for early cancer detection technologies.

Responsibilities

Prospect and engage primary care providers to promote Shield CRC and related screening technologies
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and drive territory revenue growth
Acquire and maintain laboratory and phlebotomy draw agreements at national, regional, and local levels
Develop territory business plans aligned with national brand strategy and marketing initiatives
Monitor competitive landscape and share marketplace insights with cross-functional teams

Requirements

5+ years direct healthcare sales experience in diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors
Strategic account planning and superior problem-solving capabilities
Strong administrative skills and proficiency with in-person, phone, and virtual selling
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Preferred: diagnostic product sales experience with blood-based testing or phlebotomy services
