Project Accountant - High-End Residential Construction, Los Angeles, CAOur client is a high-end residential construction firm with a Los Angeles office, building and renovating luxury homes across the city.The firm is seeking a Project Accountant to own project-level billing and cost compliance for its Los Angeles work.Key ResponsibilitiesClient billing on AIA G702 and monthly requisitions, including the pencil req.Purchase orders, subcontractor invoices and payment applications.Certificate of insurance compliance and renewals.Potential change orders and requests for approval.Retainage calculation and release.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting is required.SAGE is required; Intacct experience is preferred.Construction management accounting experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail across high-volume project billing.Compensation$90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.BenefitsMedical, dental and vision, with benefits beginning on the date of hire.The company covers 80% of the single plan rate.Health reimbursement arrangement and prescription program.Commuter benefits and voluntary life cover.
