Pay: $122,850 - $185,000 base + Bonus The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Strategic Planning: Establish and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Performance Management: Analyze account profitability and optimize sales techniques to drive revenue growth. Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling value propositions and support RFP responses and contract negotiations. Forecasting & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to project sales performance and inform strategic decisions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership, with a demonstrated history of exceeding performance goals. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing complex priorities at a strategic level. Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in evaluating KPIs and ROI to guide decision-making. Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive-level clients.
