Sales Administrative Assistant

Sales Administrative Assistant Skyward is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Department. This role includes coordinating meetings and events, managing reports and records, arranging travel, processing expenses, supporting customer communications, and providing day-to-day administrative support to our sales team. What you'll do: Support the Sales team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Coordinate meetings, events, seminars, and travel arrangements. Manage reports, spreadsheets, purchase orders, and department documentation. Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare communications, marketing materials, and other sales support resources. Ensure accuracy through detailed recordkeeping, proofreading, and follow-through. What you'll need: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Customer-focused with strong professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
