Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine clients' therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your methods to suit the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while using electronic medical record (EMR) software for efficient practice management.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, providing consultations and sharing insights that enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development opportunities by attending workshops and training relevant to advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is necessary.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, coupled with performance-based bonuses.
