We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Operations Coordinator to support daily office and operational activities in Memphis, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to customer support, scheduling, documentation, and shipping coordination while helping the team maintain efficient and consistent processes. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day office support activities to keep administrative and operational workflows running smoothly.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries with professionalism, providing timely updates and clear communication.
• Schedule appointments and organize calendars, meetings, and related logistics to support team operations.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices and operational records with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with shipping-related tasks, including documentation, tracking, and coordination with relevant partners or departments.
• Maintain data entries, reports, and files in Microsoft Office applications and internal systems according to established procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company policies while helping uphold quality and compliance expectations.
• Support onboarding and training efforts by sharing process guidance and assisting team members with operational tools and procedures.
• Prioritize competing tasks effectively and identify practical ways to improve efficiency in daily operations.• Previous experience in office administration, operations support, customer service, or a related coordination role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams and with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common business applications.
• Ability to manage schedules, maintain accurate records, and handle invoicing or documentation tasks with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of standard operating procedures, office functions, and general operational best practices.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Familiarity with call center, shipping, or logistics support activities is preferred.
• Understanding of workplace compliance expectations, including company policy and equal employment practices, is a plus.
