Our Seattle, WA office has an exciting opportunity for a General Administrator. In this role you will serve as the key point of contact for our customers, employees and guests/clients. We are seeking a motivated and engaging person who enjoys multi-tasking, learning on the job, and providing simultaneous support in a service and administrative capacity.

• HR Duties

• Onboard new hires and complete new hire paperwork
• Manage Job Postings
• HR & General Office POC for all employees
• Assist with booking travel/ accommodation as needed
• Oversee vendors for office services

• IT Duties:
  • Manage cell phone program
  • Order and setup laptops as needed
  • Serve as corporate IT POC for local office needs
• Own AR process/ collections/ dispute resolution
• Provide coverage for reception admin for lunch breaks/vacations/sick days
  • Includes cross training to learn AP and Payroll Processes
• Format and word process complex documents, reports and contracts, spreadsheets, graphics and other diverse content
• Provide additional support as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High School degree required, AA or college degree preferred
• 3+ years' experience in a customer service role and in a professional office setting preferred
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Must be positive, flexible, reliable, responsive, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, and under deadline pressures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
• Good written and verbal communication skills required
• Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
