Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Astera Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of adult, adolescent, and child clients.

• Facilitating discussions on pressing issues such as grief and loss, relationship conflicts, medical challenges, and adjustment difficulties stemming from separation and divorce.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Utilizing teletherapy tools effectively to deliver high-quality care to clients unable to attend in-person sessions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
