About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CAO will be a key player in the strategic planning, goal setting, and project management processes, with a focus on ensuring the organization's mission is upheld. This dynamic and self-motivated individual will be responsible for the oversight of various departments, including marketing, team development, and RN admissions, and will play a pivotal role in maintaining the organization's status as a leader in the hospice care industry. The role involves high-level administrative, technical, and professional work, as well as the development and implementation of departmental goals and policies. The successful candidate will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record in exceeding goals, and will be expected to have a strong background in non-profit administration and operational execution. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 7 years' of senior management experience. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary, with the ability to think and plan at an enterprise level, and will have extensive knowledge of the key business issues and challenges in the hospice healthcare industry. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
