Sr. Treasury Analyst

Position Summary:The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company’s debt and investment portfolios, supporting daily cash operations, maintaining banking infrastructure and ensuring accurate and timely debt payments, reporting, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external banking partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable owning critical treasury processes. Responsibilities:Debt & Investment ManagementCreate and maintain debt and investment deals within the Treasury Management software (SAP).Support the execution and settlement of debt‑related transactions and investment activities. Maintain and analyze detailed schedules for all corporate debt, including term loans, credit facilities and notes. Assist with month-end close processes for debt and investment reporting. Debt Reporting & CompliancePrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual debt reporting packages for internal stakeholders and auditors. Maintain compliance calendars and support the preparation of lender reporting, covenant calculations, and required certifications. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all debt‑related disclosures for financial statements. Coordinate with Accounting to reconcile debt balances and ensure proper journal entries. Daily Cash OperationsCreate and approve wires. Deposit checks and support the check exceptions process. Support the company’s bank account structure, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and documentation. Process Improvement & SystemsUtilize AI to find efficiencies in processes. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and strengthen data accuracy. Support treasury‑related projects, including system upgrades, banking transitions, and process redesigns. Required Skills:Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within and across multi‑disciplinary teams. Self‑motivated and highly organized, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated team‑building capability and proven project execution experience using formal project controls systems.
