Sous Chef Requirements: HANDS-ON Chef with a background in corporate concepts used to systems and routines Reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time Experience in quality scratch kitchens (Italian cuisine is a big plus) Proven prior tenure in position Professional image & demeanor Sous Chef Benefits: Competitive Salary Tremendous potential for development and growth Bonus Potential Healthcare Program Great Training & Support Program Paid Vacation Time Enjoy a paid week off every 4th of July!
