Recruiting Specialist

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Recruiting Team in our Newport Beach headquarters. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our Recruiting Team, supporting recruiting for attorney, legal support, and law clerk positions across all of our offices. Responsibilities Proactively source candidates of all levels through direct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, law school networks, referrals, job boards, and other creative search strategies. Engage and attract passive candidates, effectively generating interest in opportunities at the Firm. Screen and interview sourced candidates to evaluate their fit with the Firm, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. Perform market research and strategize with the Recruiting Team regarding lateral hiring needs of the Firm. Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate files in the applicant tracking system. Assist the Recruiting Team with all aspects of lateral recruiting as needed. Assist with law school outreach, on-campus interview programs, and recruiting events as needed. Bachelor's degree required 2 - 3+ years of sourcing experience; lateral attorney or legal recruiting agency experience strongly preferred Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other recruiting platforms Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately Self-motivated, reliable team player with a positive and collaborative personality Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with applicant tracking systems.
