Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Knoxville, TN that is seeking a Customer Service Representative.Responsibilities:

• Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems
• Researches and resolves problems and errors. Identifies products and services that meet customers' needs

Skills

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Typically at least 6 months of customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Effective telephone, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle difficult customer calls
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Proven commitment to high quality customer service
• Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
