Corporate Development Manager

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Corporate Development Manager to lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships supporting inorganic growth. The role involves financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution across the deal lifecycle in a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and business case development for M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities
- Independently manage transaction workstreams and coordinate end-to-end evaluation and execution
- Partner with business units and Corporate Strategy to identify, prioritize, and evaluate growth-aligned opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across finance, legal, tax, strategy, regulatory, and business teams
- Prepare executive summaries, investment memoranda, and recommendations for senior leadership decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, business development, strategic finance, or strategy
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and business case development capabilities
- Experience leading M&A, investment, or strategic partnership components including due diligence and transaction execution
- Cross-functional leadership and influence in matrixed environments
- MedTech, medical device, or life sciences industry experience preferred
Compensation: $115,000–$140,000 base, plus target bonus
