Conduct professional property assessments to identify roofing and window needs. Deliver personalized, customer-focused presentations. Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners. Valid driver's license and personal, reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Professional appearance and strong communication skills Ability to work full-time in the Greater Houston area Comfortable meeting with homeowners and building professional relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Coachable and open to feedback, training, and continuous development Sales, customer service, leadership, military, construction, oil & gas, management, or other professional experience preferred but not required Paid training with structured mentorship and coaching Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training. *On average around $1400 a week total High earning potential with uncapped commission structure after training Performance-based advancement opportunities Flexible hybrid work environment Opportunity to transition into a full sales role within 90 days (or sooner based on performance) Insurance Options 401(k) Referral program
