Strategic HR Director: Talent, Payroll & Ops

John H. Carter Co. Inc/ControlWorx seeks a senior HR leader to drive enterprise people strategy, build the HR team, advise executives, and ensure coordination across HR operations, payroll, benefits, and HRIS.

The role leads governance, compliance, and employee experience across multi-state and distributed environments. The position includes oversight of 401(k) audits, Cafeteria Plan, and collaboration with external partners.
