Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within an aviation‑related location. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned areas, including public spaces, operational zones, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that could help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and observe the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with site instructions and security‑related protocols. Assist with incident documentation, communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed, and support orderly operations during routine and unusual events. Minimum Requirements: A New York State Security Guard License is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
