Fort Pierce - Program Services & Data Coordinator

This VISTA member will help identify service gaps, optimize scheduling across partner sites, and support the implementation of digital tools for greater efficiency and impact. Responsibilities Participate in a full organizational onboarding and training period, including job shadowing and software introductions. Aggregate data across partner agencies and direct service sites to assess service coverage. Create a Community Food Access Assessment and collaborate with staff to develop an implementation plan based on findings. Assist in deploying intake software/hardware across program sites and documenting feedback. Design and manage neighbor satisfaction surveys using the Service Insights platform. Analyze trends to support ongoing improvements in service delivery and equity. Qualifications Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools required. Experience working with large data sets, program evaluation, and mapping tools (GIS) required. Strong writing and communication skills, especially for reporting and visualization. Detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently and manage complex information. Familiarity with nonprofit, food security, or health‑related fields is a plus.
