Your Contribution

• Assess results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training for new team members or students, and assist in maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout your time with us.
