You are on the front lines of recovery—stabilizing properties, preventing further damage, and delivering professional, compassionate service during stressful situations. When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need technicians who do the same. What You'll Do Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather-related events Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standards Remove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficiently Decontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spaces Collaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable items Document job progress through photos and detailed notes using PSA and other required software Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, answering questions with empathy and respect Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Properly set up, operate, clean, and store tools and equipment Follow warehouse and vehicle protocols, including daily documentation of consumables and equipment use Work effectively and collaboratively with project managers, crew chiefs, and team members What You'll Bring Required Willingness to obtain IICRC (Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Strong social awareness and customer service mindset Acceptable driving record Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to navigate Microsoft Teams and complete onsite documentation using a smartphone and industry software (Proven Jobs, Encircle, Docusketch) Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude Preferred WRT (Water Damage Restoration) certification Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related field Experience with PSA or similar job management platforms What We Offer Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and 9 paid holidays Company vehicle (role dependent) Company technology stipend (monthly) Company gear and branded materials. $300 of swag bucks to use on our company merch site Ongoing training and certification support Culture & Opportunity Hands-on role with meaningful impact in the Portsmouth community Supportive team culture focused on safety and excellence Clear growth path within a PE-backed, expanding organization Paid training and certification advancement A values-driven, collaborative team that has your back Ready to Join Us?
