ON-SITE JOB IN FRESNO, CALIFORNIA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE, HYBRID, OR WORK-FROM-HOME POSITION.
You will work in our Fresno office every day, Monday through Friday. You must already live in the Fresno/Clovis area or within a reasonable daily commute. Remote requests and applications from outside California will not be considered, and those resumes will not be reviewed. We do not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience personally building and running paid Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram lead-generation funnels is mandatory. Applicants who do not meet the 5-year minimum will not be reviewed.
Marketing Director (Digital Lead Funnels, Google and Facebook)
Full-time | On-site in Fresno, CA (no remote) | $70,000 base + monthly performance bonus up to $1,000 (up to $82,000/yr)
We don't need another agency. We need a marketing leader who owns the leads, the brand, and the team.
Infinite Roofing is a Central Valley roofing company and a 5-Star Certified Roof Maxx dealer. Our sales team can close. What we need is a steady, predictable flow of homeowners calling and filling out forms, and one person in the building every day who owns every step from the first click to the booked appointment.
This is NOT:

• A social media manager job. Posting pretty pictures isn't the work.
• A remote job. You'll sit next to the people working your leads.
• A strategy-deck job. You build the funnels, run them, lead the team, and answer for the numbers.

What you'll own:

• Digital lead funnels (your #1 job): build, launch, and manage full lead funnels on Facebook/Instagram and Google, from ad to landing page to form to follow-up to booked appointment
• Google Ads: Search, Local Services Ads, and Performance Max. Build, run, and optimize the account
• Facebook/Instagram: lead ads, audiences, creative testing, lead forms, and retargeting
• All lead management: every lead from every source gets captured, routed, followed up, and tracked in our CRM, with speed-to-lead and follow-up automations that turn leads into appointments
• Tracking you can trust: click to call to booked appointment to sale (GA4, Tag Manager, offline conversions, call tracking)
• Branding: own the Infinite Roofing brand across ads, website, reviews, Google Business Profile, social, and trucks and print, so every touchpoint looks and sounds the same
• Team leadership: manage a small offshore marketing team (ad support, creative, content, and lead follow-up). Set priorities, assign the work, review it, and hold people accountable across time zones
• A weekly scoreboard: spend, cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, lead-to-appointment rate, and what you're changing next
• Using AI tools to write ad copy, make creative, and build reports faster than an agency can

You must have (all required, no exceptions):

• MANDATORY: 5+ years building and running paid Google and Facebook lead-gen funnels yourself, with results you can show us. Less than 5 years = your application will not be reviewed.
• At least 2 years of lead-gen experience in home services or the trades (roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, plumbing)
• Experience managing people, ideally remote or offshore team members
• Hands-on CRM and lead-management experience (GoHighLevel or similar), including follow-up automations
• A real eye for branding and consistent messaging
• Comfort being judged on cost per lead and booked appointments, not likes and impressions

Nice to have: call tracking, SEO, and ads that follow Special Ad Category rules for home services.
Pay: $70,000 base plus a monthly performance bonus of up to $1,000, paid on booked appointments and hitting cost-per-lead targets. That's up to $82,000 a year.
