Introduction

We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed consumer brand that is redefining its category through a combination of product innovation, brand strength, and strong early traction. Backed by leading investors and experiencing rapid expansion, the business is now entering its next phase of scale.

As part of this growth, the company is seeking its first Head of Supply Chain to build and lead a best-in-class, scalable supply chain function. This is a critical leadership role that will underpin the company’s ability to deliver against increasing demand while maintaining operational excellence.

The Role

As the first Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO and working closely with cross-functional leadership, you will own everything from production planning and procurement to logistics and inventory strategy.

This is a highly impactful role at the center of the business, where you will balance cost, speed, and quality while building the infrastructure needed to support rapid growth. You will operate both strategically and tactically, setting long-term supply chain vision while also solving day-to-day execution challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Over time, you will build and scale a team, establish key partnerships, and implement systems and processes that enable the business to expand efficiently across channels and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production, co-manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment
• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans
• Build and manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Lead demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
• Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining product quality and service levels
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring resilience and continuity
• Implement systems, tools, and processes to improve visibility, forecasting, and operational performance
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams to support scaling efforts
• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team over time

What We Need to See (Essential)

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain or operations leadership role within a high-growth consumer or product-led business
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management
• Experience working with co-manufacturers and external supplier networks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Track record of building or scaling supply chain functions in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

What We’d Like to See (Bonus)

• Experience in venture-backed or high-growth startup environments
• Exposure to international supply chains and multi-market expansion
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
• Background in food & beverage, CPG, or perishable goods categories
• Experience supporting rapid retail or DTC expansion
• Prior experience building and managing teams from early stages

Package : $175,000 - $200,000 + bonus + equity (Potential for flex depending on experience)
