ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
This is a rapidly growing autism treatment provider in the U.S., founded with a strong mission-driven approach. Each clinic operates independently, focusing on quality care and individualized treatment rather than a corporate-driven model.
The organization follows a play-based approach with an emphasis on Natural Environment Teaching (NET), including community-based learning experiences. Parent involvement is highly encouraged, with options for families to observe therapy sessions.

• Center-based schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Opportunities for in-home and in-school supervision, if applicable

Clinical Focus (Minimal Administrative Burden)
• No involvement in staff scheduling, HR responsibilities, or insurance follow-ups
• Focus on assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and parent training
• Manageable caseload of 6–12 full-time clients (25–32 billable hours/week)
• Support from practicum students and interns
