Area Manager

Job Skills / Requirements

As an Area Manager, you will be fully accountable for the operational leadership of your assigned accounts. Your primary deliverables include:

• Creating and holding a weekly inspection schedule for all assigned buildings
• Creating and holding a weekly customer service visit schedule
• Reviewing and approving payroll for all assigned employees and buildings each pay period

Key Responsibilities (daily duties include, but are not limited to):

• Provide full oversight of cleaners in assigned accounts, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure consistent high-quality service
• Monitor supplies and equipment levels; personally deliver supplies to buildings as needed
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks alongside the team when required to meet deadlines or maintain standards
• Assist in meeting staffing and budget requirements for your area
• Maintain timely, professional, and ongoing communication with customers, cleaning staff, and administrative personnel
• Conduct proactive customer touches and staff touches on a regular schedule
• Anticipate and address staffing needs proactively to guarantee adequate coverage at all times
• Manage special projects for assigned accounts
• Ensure the Supply Cage for your designated area is always stocked to proper par levels, neat, and fully organized
• Personally visit buildings on your established weekly inspection schedule to verify they meet CleanCraft's high standards of cleanliness
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned accounts' cleaning closets, logbooks, communication logs, SDS binders, and PPE
• Must have reliable transportation

This position reports directly to the Division Manager in Operations.
