Position Summary

The company is seeking an experienced Customer Support & Shipping Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer interaction, order processing, and logistics coordination.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer support, shipping and transportation management, and business software systems. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers while ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped efficiently.

What You'll Do

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting.

• Build positive relationships through professional and timely communication.

• Resolve customer issues with a focus on creating outstanding customer experiences.

Order Processing & Administration

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Enter and manage order information within ERP and e-commerce systems.

• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Shipping & Logistics

• Coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, and other transportation providers.

• Compare shipping options and rates to control costs and improve efficiency.

• Manage domestic and international shipments.

• Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates.

• Process shipping documentation and maintain shipment records.

Returns & Parts Support

• Assist customers with returns and warranty-related questions.

• Process return authorizations and coordinate return shipments.

• Help customers identify replacement parts and appropriate product solutions.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and shipping processes.

• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and company growth.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or inside sales.

• Hands-on shipping experience.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience working within ERP and e-commerce systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or logistics environments.

• Experience with inventory, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
