Project Architect Experience Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required 4+ years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects Architectural license preferred (in the process of obtaining) Project Architect Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Experience with Commercial, Educational, and/or Multi‑Family projects Strong technical skills in codes and detailing for high‑quality documentation Committed to a collaborative multidisciplinary design approach Proactive communication skills, both written and verbal Project Architect Responsibilities Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth management. Engage clients in creating and presenting interior design concepts tailored to their needs. Define project parameters and establish design criteria. Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning for drawings, models, materials, etc. Utilize software for design, sketches, and project drawings.
