Scheduling Coordinator

Alliance Building Services is a leading provider of janitorial, maintenance, and facility support services, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless staffing operations across multiple locations and events. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign coverage for absent staff based on operational needs and staffing plans.
• Review and approve employee time-off requests, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Maintain and update a database of employee availability for scheduling purposes.
• Respond promptly to notifications of absenteeism and realign staff as needed.
• Provide daily staffing reports to management and perform weekly audits of staffing needs.
• Regularly update account lists and communicate changes to relevant staff members.
• Contact supervisors regarding missed work clock in/outs and coordinate with Payroll for necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate field supply orders and communicate delivery details to staff.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Ambassador Program for new employees.
• Distribute and manage monthly Safety Topics for field staff.
• Support operations with various administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, operations support, or a related field.
• Strong phone skills with high volume calls.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Schedule

• Sunday: 8:30-5 PM
• Monday-Thursday: 10:30-7:00 PM

Compensation

$25.00–$27.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
