Complete Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our Bellevue team! This is an important role in our office. You will help create productive, patient-focused schedules while keeping our providers, clinical team, and patients informed throughout the day. We are looking for someone who understands restorative dentistry, communicates confidently, and can stay calm and organized in a busy dental environment. Why You’ll Love Working With Us A close-knit and supportive team that truly enjoys working together A positive, fast-paced environment where every day is different Doctors and team members who value communication and teamwork Opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen your dental knowledge The ability to make a real impact on the patient experience and success of the practice Monthly bonus potential Benefits Medical insurance Dental benefits Paid time off 401(k) Monthly bonus opportunities What You’ll Be Doing Building, managing, and maintaining productive patient schedules Keeping doctor and hygiene schedules organized and running efficiently Confirming appointments and communicating schedule changes with patients Filling last-minute cancellations and open appointment times Working closely with providers to understand scheduling preferences and treatment needs Accurately documenting appointments and patient information in Dentrix Keeping appointment notes current and detailed Anticipating scheduling challenges and finding solutions quickly Supporting front-office operations as neededCreating a warm and welcoming experience for every patient What We’re Looking For Previous restorative dental office experience is required Experience with dental scheduling or front-office responsibilities Dentrix experience is strongly preferred A strong understanding of dental terminology and restorative procedures Excellent organization and time-management skills Confidence handling a busy schedule with multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills A friendly, compassionate, and professional approach with patients A calm, solutions-focused attitude when unexpected changes occur A team-player mindset and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally If you are dependable, motivated, and passionate about creating an excellent experience for both patients and your dental team, we would love to hear from you!
