Entry-Level Account Manager

Position Overview As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day movement of all assigned freight from your accounts. You'll serve as the main point of contact for customers, manage shipments, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure smooth operations while delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the transportation of freight for assigned accounts Act as the primary contact for customers, providing shipment updates and addressing concerns Communicate and negotiate rates with carriers to secure efficient transportation solutions Handle general customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution Work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously Utilize technology and internal systems to track shipments and maintain accurate records What We're Looking For Experience: Logistics experience preferred but not required – we'll train the right candidate!
