Posting Details Posted on August 25, 2026 Locations Tandem Living 1520 Harrisburg Pike Lancaster, PA 17601, USA On-site Rate : $26 USD per hour Pay or shift range: Not specified Information Systems Full-Time Requisition #: INFOR001141 Description Location: Trillium Place – On-Site Position Current Opening: Full-time (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Minimal weekend commitment required as part of an on-call rotation The IT Specialist Level 1 provides first-line technical support for end users (staff and residents) across three campuses, assisting with hardware, software, network, and system issues. This entry-level position is responsible for troubleshooting problems, escalating more complex issues, and ensuring time resolution to maintain business productivity. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional formal education, training, or experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Serve as the first point of contact for both our staff and resident users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system and will follow standard operating procedures for service delivery and elevate issues as necessary. Install, configure, and update desktop and laptop computers, software applications, and peripherals. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and account provisioning. Will assist with tasks related to the phone system, such as setup new phone service, phone moves, phone service transfers and troubleshooting.
