Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support in-store pricing strategy and promotional execution for a leading fashion retail organization. The Pricing Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate pricing initiatives, support compliance audits, and contribute to reporting that helps drive financial and markdown strategies. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Location: Columbus, Ohio (hybrid) Duration: 5-month contract Pay Rate: $30/hour Key Responsibilities: Execute and maintain in-store pricing strategies, promotions, and clearance pricing. Manage pricing setup and updates within company systems. Proof and validate promotional DISCLAIMERS, price changes, and campaign details. Write and implement promotional offers using XCC. Support internal and external pricing audits to ensure compliance requirements are met. Partner with planning, field communications, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate pricing-related initiatives and store events. Assist with reporting and analysis related to markdown and pricing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a retail environment. Experience working with SAP, XCC, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong proofreading and quality assurance mindset. Typical Day: Review and proof promotional communications, DISCLAIMERS, and pricing updates. Execute price changes and promotional setups in XCC. Collaborate with business partners to ensure pricing accuracy and timely implementation. Support reporting and respond to changing promotional and pricing priorities as business needs evolve.
