Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to join our Credit Risk Management team located on-site at our corporate office in Novato, California.

The Loan Operations Specialist will provide support to department by completing job tasks in the absence of department staff. Perform senior level work in addition to providing daily support. Responsible for training Loan Servicing Associates, providing customer support for internal and external customers, and directing day to day workflows of the department under the direction of the Loan Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years loan servicing/processing in a servicing center as a senior associate who trains others or equivalent related experience
• 2-3+ years in branch environment demonstrating experience as a senior associate who trains others or equivalent related experience
• 1+ year experience in writing procedure sand training materials
• 1+ year previous experience in legal and collateral file organization
• Loan servicing experience a must.

Professional / Educational Experience

• 2 4 years related experience and/or training.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles and loan processes.

The hourly pay range for this position is $27.54 to $37.17. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
