Full-time role includes working Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday each week. Position involves providing physical therapy services in a home health setting. Therapists will work with a variety of patient age groups and diagnoses. Candidates should be proficient in charting and documentation. Experience with interdisciplinary support is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively is essential. Candidates must be committed to patient-centered care and rehabilitation.
