Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (0700–1930) | 3x12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and manage a diverse patient population presenting with acute and emergent conditions
• Assume care of Telemetry Holding patients when operationally required
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and timely patient throughput

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (or compact license accepted per state requirements)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior clinical experience in the state of California
• Proficiency with Cerner charting — candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Willingness and ability to care for Telemetry Holding patients as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level II+ Emergency Department
• Telemetry or step-down nursing background
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
