Sodexo is seeking an evening Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 1 for SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital located in St. Louis, MO . Cardinal Glennon is a world class, Magnet Certified, 190 bed pediatric hospital. This position will report to the Operations Manager 2 and will oversee a team of 25 housekeepers on the 2nd and 3rd shift (approximate start time is 4PM) weekend and holiday rotation required. What You’ll Do Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and work closely with the Infectious Control department Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director Effectively manage the Unit Operating System Support a diverse and inclusive workforce What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience.
