Part-Time Marketing & Office Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (20 hours/week) $18.00/HR

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Marketing & Office Assistant to support our faith-based mission through digital marketing and light office administration. This role focuses primarily on content creation, social media management, and website optimization, with occasional front-office and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide front-office support.

Assist with general administrative tasks.

Create and manage content for social media and the website.

Repurpose existing content into engaging digital marketing materials.

Optimize website content for SEO and AI search.

Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

Minimum Education Required

Qualifications

Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

Familiarity with AI tools and SEO is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Interest in Christian stewardship and faith-based financial principles is a plus.
