Business Operations Manager

Job TitleMajor Responsibilities:Leads overall program execution, coordinating schedules, priorities, deliverables, and customer commitmentsCoordinates cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teamsTranslates customer forecasts and requirements into actionable build plans and production schedulesCoordinates production activities across assembly, testing, and external manufacturing operationsTracks WIP, throughput, and build status to support efficient execution and on-time deliveryMonitors availability of key components and materials and escalates potential supply risksSupports the transition of key manufacturing processes from external suppliers to internal productionEnsures adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirementsCoordinates issue tracking and resolution with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional teamsSupports implementation of production planning, traceability, and change management processesCoordinates logistics, material flow, and shipment readiness to meet customer commitmentsTracks key program metrics including on-time delivery, build efficiency, throughput, and reworkSupports new product introductions, process validation, and production readiness activitiesProvides cross-functional support to ensure successful execution of customer programs in a rapidly evolving environmentActively supports company mission, vision, values, and operational excellence initiativesActively supports 5S and Safety programs across manufacturing operationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred3-5 years of experience in process, project, manufacturing engineering, operations, or other related technical roles within a manufacturing environmentExperience working in cross-functional environments supporting product development and productionStrong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated ability to translate customer requirements and forecasts into actionable production plansStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with MS Office productsExcellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environmentStrong commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solvingExperience with production planning, program management, supply chain coordination, or manufacturing operations is a plusExperience in thermal systems, heat transfer, or advanced manufacturing environments is a plusWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more.
