Seasonal Customer Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

Essential functions of the position:
- Resolves customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone calls and e-mail
- Process customer orders over the phone
- Educate and/or sell our product to the customer
- Data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
- Creative problem solving to create a great experience for the customer
- And other assigned duties
This position can range any time between Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM 5:30 PM PT. A set schedule is provided. The pay is $17.00/hour. Seasonal positions do not include benefits or holiday pay and employment may last for up to six months within a 12-month period.
