Work Environment

The position is focused on providing onsite care, specifically in home environments, allowing our skilled therapists to directly engage with patients in familiar settings. Our team works Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing consistency and routine in our caregiving practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations, assessing physical function, strength, and mobility to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques, including movement analysis and therapeutic assessments, to identify patient needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Create and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore function, alleviate pain, and enhance mobility using evidence-based practices.
• Employ a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and advanced technology where appropriate.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and effective home exercise programs to promote ongoing recovery.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously to evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation strategies and make necessary adjustments promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily comprises individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical patients, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders. As a Physical Therapist, you will engage with a diverse demographic of patients, assessing their specific needs and motivating them toward meaningful recovery through personalized rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Clinical competency with at least two years of experience in orthopedic and sports medicine settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective patient interactions.
• A demonstrated passion for helping patients achieve significant and lasting recovery outcomes.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
