In this role, you will: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility training, decompression and traction techniques, and functional rehabilitation. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, body mechanics, and long-term wellness. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes. Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge planning within the electronic medical record. Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, accreditation standards, infection prevention protocols, and PartnerCare policies. Promote an exceptional patient experience through compassionate care, communication, and education. Current, active, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to employment). Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
