Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee comprehensive physical therapy treatments tailored to our clients' unique needs, with an emphasis on preventing disabilities and enhancing their quality of life.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ functional abilities using advanced diagnostic tests to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer effective therapeutic activities, including manual exercises, traction, and other modalities to improve muscle function and relieve pain.
• Oversee Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in executing treatment plans and provide guidance on complex patient cases.
• Assess and modify client home environments to promote safe rehabilitation practices and encourage independence.
• Record, assess, and communicate progress to the interdisciplinary team, ensuring all documentation—including clinical records and care plans—fulfills regulatory standards.
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases, strategize on care plans, and contribute to overall patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and families on the use of therapeutic devices and the principles of their physical therapy regimens.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and adhere to branch policies regarding orders and administrative tasks.
• Provide mentorship to PTAs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and fostering the development of professional skills within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients include individuals of varied ages and backgrounds needing rehabilitation services due to post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, or other medical conditions. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, establish a trusting relationship, and help them achieve their goals through personalized care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing in the state of Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• A commitment to clinical excellence and integrity, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education reimbursement to support your professional growth.
