Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Parkview PT Clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations by gathering pertinent health history and performing specific assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and collaborative treatment plans to patients and their families while actively involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on assessment results and patient need, adapting as necessary according to patient progress and changes in health status.
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, recognizing when modifications to the treatment plan or further medical consultation is necessary.
• Undertake discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring all documentation, including initial evaluations, daily notes, and discharge evaluations, is thorough, timely, and accurately reflects the patient's care course.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity expectations while maintaining an organized, accurate schedule.
• Engage in hospital and community outreach initiatives to promote physical therapy services and build positive relationships within the community.
• Contribute to departmental objectives with active participation in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Seek opportunities for continued education and professional development, serving as a mentor and clinical instructor for students.
• Promote an excellent patient experience by remaining adaptable and responsive to patient needs, engaging in community efforts to improve access to care.

Qualifications
